Watchlist Gone

So this morning my watchlist on my Virgin TV 360, went from being pretty well populated to empty...This is on both boxes, when using the app on my phone and pcs. I have switched both boxes off and on again too but still just empty. I have tried contacting Virgin this morning, got sent to the whatsapp agent chat and haven't had a single response yet. Any help please?

  • This has happened to me twice now, there is no way I’m going to remember what was in my watchlist so they’re all gone. Brilliant. Raging about this.

      We're sorry to hear you're having issues with your Watchlist. Can you confirm if you've been adding to your Watchlist via your box and the TV Go app? 

      Can you view the complete Watchlist via one or the other? Or is it gone from both?

  • Yup ... no fix ... but as a workaround if it happens again ... I view the Watchlist on my tablet (&/or phone) via Virgin TV Go app , and screenshot n' scroll through to the bottom once in a while.

    Updated it's been 8 months, I still haven't had a response. 

    I have now tried to form a formal complaint for the second time and no one is contacting me down this avenue too.

    Today is now the 6/7 time my watchlist has completely gone again...oh joy!

      Thanks for coming back to us on this one. We're sorry to hear the watchlist has vanished again. 

      Are you creating/managing the watchlist via the TV box itself or via the TV Go app, or both? 

      Are any other parts of the TV viewing affected? Such as recordings being deleted or anything like that?

        Hi there,

        I've tried using only tv, then only pc, then only phone each time it resets to see if one is causing it but no luck. I used to use mainly tv and phone  but as say was worried one or both causing it but it seems to happen no matter what I do. 

        I also tried creating a profile to see if this would help and add to that profile instead of the default shared one but again this has led to no success as today empty watchlist again. I am having no issues with anything else, recordings not deleting or anything, it's purely the watchlist clearing itself on a monthly basis it appears.

        Any help would be greatly helped as the e-mail service has continued to create resolutions to cases that have nothing to with my issues.
