Voice assistants
Since upgrading to 360 i can no longer use Google voice assistant to change channels. It works for volume though. Smartthings also no longer works to change channels. Any ideas?

The fact that it works for your volume means it's paired / connected to your TV or soundbar and not connected to the 360.
Can't say I would ever use Google assistant but try connecting using Ziggo, see if you get any options maybe Mediabox Next or Set-Top box.
You could always use the voice control on the 360 remote to change channel.
