Dear oh dear, what a mess, trying to watch Liverpool v Bournemouth and then picture started breaking up. Tried rebooting, no JOY!!! What a mess. Reading other comments the problem appears to be widespread. Virgin, please get it sorted!!

Same in London, started pixellating 60 minutes ago on every channel.
Yes same in Cardiff and ended up watching live TV/Freeview. It's bad enough that on neither my phone and tablet I can't watch TV Go anymore (haven't for weeks). It's all getting a bit tiresome
Came here to report the same issue. I'm area 30, LE postcode. Can't get onto my account to run a troubleshoot or service check either as both the online account and the automated phone line are saying my account details aren't recognised.
Strange that Service Status is down when there's an issue
Every single time I've tried the service status when there's been an issue it doesn't work.
Works fine when there isn't an issue!
A simply woeful product. Been unable to watch on the Sky sports app for weeks (keep getting fobbed off by VM on that ongoing issue) and now to top it all off, Sky sports and various other channels are pixelating and not working properly on the tv!!!! Couldn’t make it up. Laughable.

Thought it was just my box recorded the game all channels pixelated and have reset the box twice. I'm also in Liverpool

EDIT - IT APPEARS TO BE FIXED NOW
Had same problem in Wolverhampton and couldn’t watch Liverpool match. Back to normal about 10 minutes ago and all ok now.
