Virgin Media Billing

Sorry if ive not posted this in the right area but I was unsure where to post.

 

My Current bill is £73.50 and is due to go upto £78.75 this month and I cannot afford this.

I contacted virgin and was told that if I was to downgrade my TV package my bill will rise to over £100 a month and if this is the case I will have no choice but to end my contract of all services with virgin and switch to someone like BT or Sky.

Is it possible someone could contact me to discuss this or if I could have a contact number for Head office to discuss with them.

    Thank you for posting in regards to your package and making changes, we understand given the current financial climate you wanting to make sure you're on the best deal possible.

     

    Reducing the services taken can mean there are less or smaller discounts available which can mean the overall cost doesn't reduce and can actually go up.
