Virgin box not working
Hi I got a Virgin 360 box through post going to set it up myself but having problems I think I need an engineer as I cannot watch either box now can you help me please

What Virgin 360 box did you receive and was this an additional box or a replacement for one you already had as you can't watch either box. The 360 main box is on the left and the mini box on the right.
