V6 to 360 Update

I started the 360 upgrade process a few days ago and my new 360 remote arrived today.

I went to the home screen on the V6 and the apps & games section for the 'install now' option but I can't see this. 

I restarted the box as suggested on the box the new remote was delivered in but the option to install still doesn't appear.

Is there any other way I can make the install option appear?

    We're sorry to hear about the problem you're having when trying to upgrade your V6 box to the TV 360 service 😔

    After pressing the "Home" button on the old V6 remote, are you seeing a box that reads "Virgin TV 360 Free upgrade" at the top of the screen?

    Alternatively, have you tried the following steps: Pressing the "Home" button > selecting "Apps & Games" > selecting "All Apps" > selecting "Virgin TV 360 Upgrade Now"?

      Hi Daniel

      The 360 upgrade app appeared on my V6 yesterday morning and I was able to update successfully.
