My old v6 box ran through my bose lifestyle 650, and so my bose remote used to work the old tivo box..
Since the upgrade my bose remote won't work !!!😡 I've tried to reprogram the bose but it won't find the virgin remote code.
I'd be greatful if somebody knows how to get this working.

A few of us have the same problem - from a lot of research, it looks like the Dutch have had this problem for a long time. Following on from them, the different brand and makes/ names of the 350 box I'm afraid to say I still can't get it to work yet either.
Even if you look at the bottom of the 360 box and add that make/ model in the Bose setup for the remote - it does not work! As the Lifestyle is now obsolete, I don't think Bose really care - even though the dutch say Bose are working on a solution!
Im seriously looking at the bose ultra soundbar and using the bass and surround speakers with that :-( Pity as the Lifestyle 650 is awesome!

The Arris DCX960/KKOB/N215/1000 is now a pain and I wish I had not upgraded! As stated above - (thankyou @dino15) it's pointless!

It seems like the Dutch have had this problem for a few years now, I have tried all the different names of the new box, including the stickers name - to no avail!
One dutch message says they contacted BOSE directly and they are working on a fix...
Its getting late here now, will play around tomorrow with HDMI leads etc, we may have to put the 360 directly into the TV and use the ARC into the Lifestyle 650...
Connecting the TV and soundbar using arc or eARC is probably recommended by Virgin.
If you are trying to pair the Bose remote to the 360 then you might need to try pairing to Ziggo Mediabox Next or at least try some Ziggo options if you offered any on the Bose because that is what the 360 box is known as in other Global Media (Virgin owners) operations.

The Bose lifestyle 650 is connected via the HDMI eARC, and always has been! I will give the Ziggo options a go this morning!

I upgraded today and have the same problem 🙄
I tried removing the Tivo from the device list in the Bose setup and re-installing it - didn't work 😪
I will keep trying and will also keep an eye on this thread for an answer!

Don't have a Bose or how you pair the system to Virgin, my LG TV pairs to the 360 using Ziggo Mediabox Next, not Virgin.
