V210 error
Hi team,
A while back I had one of my two v6 boxes replaced, and the new box upgraded to the new 360 interface. The engineer at the time tried to kick off upgrading the second box we have, but it needed to wait for a remote to arrive. Since then, I’ve not been able to access any on demand services or anything online, with the error v210 and an occasional message that it cannot connect to “UNKNOWN”. I’ve tried all the options to reconnect, confirmed it has good signal to the box on WiFi, even a factory reset, but the message persists and I’m stuck unable to do anything online with the box and no option to upgrade it now.
Can someone assist please?
