Unpair amp from 360 box hope this helps someone.
Hi - I am a new forum member and I'm posting this message as it may be helpful to anyone who has had similar issues. I've just received my 360 box and on setting up I chose to pair the amp with the TV. A major mistake as the sound quality on my new amp was vastly reduced especially sound from the subwoofer. After spending hours trying to unpair the two I finally found a solution which works for me and might help others.
Instead of using the 360 remote I went into our Denon amp settings which were previously configured with a Sky box using the audio sync settings. I plugged the mike back in and did the audio sync again then re-set the room speakers. This has given us back the sound quality we had before pairing.
