TV360 Upgrade - Only available at home

I recently upgraded my V6 box to TV360 after receiving the new remote from Virgin Media.

I can download shows and watch/delete them on the TV using the new remote.However, I cannot watch them on my other devices (iPhone, iPad and laptop). I get the message ‘Only available at home’  I can watch live TV on the other devices.

All devices are on the same network. I rebooted the tv box and all devices but still unable to watch on all devices except the TV. The 360 is set to ‘fast start’ mode and the CPE IP contains a valid ip address. My 360 box is connected to my router via Ethernet. The app shows all three devices registered.
