TV360 box upgrade

Hi all

I use the VM tv control app on my phone everyday and today it's giving me a message to upgrade to the 360 box. We have 2 V6 boxes currently; main one in the living room, the 2nd in the bedroom.

I admit that we've ignored the VM messages thru 2025, to change/upgrade.

Anyway, now it seems we prob need to make switch.

My main Q is, how do i ensure we get 2 boxes delivered to ours?

Secondly, are there still problems with 360 boxes, that there seemed to be over last 9 months?

Thirdly, do i just need to 'bite the bullet' and get the new 360 boxes?

Fourthly, is it best to call VM cust services to ensure we get 2 boxes sent?

Any helpful comments/advice appreciated

Regards

Dont do it. Its voluntary and you"ll regret it. The 360  is a downgrade on the V6 with a lot of functionality lost. Its for VMs cost saving benefit only.

(And you wont get new boxes, its a software downgrade on your current boxes).

Ta v much, Mr K. I must admit i'm still hesitant, just as i have been the last few months. Via the TV i'd seen the upgrade message the last few months, which indicated a software update, BUT today's message, via the tv control app, seemed to indicate new boxes would be sent. Because the message goes on to say to take old V6 boxes to a recycling centre. My assumption, therefore, is the software update 'solution' has now been replaced by actual new 360 boxes.
