That normally occurs when the 360 has lost or isn't receiving an internet connection and is usually accompanied by TBA (To Be Announced) instead of program names. Are your catch up/on demand services and apps working?

Have you tried rebooting the 360 box and hub, the TV guide is loaded from your hub's network connection.

Thank you gents, did a factory reset on the box which has sorted it. Wouldn't think you would need to do that on a brand new box 😏 let's see how long this lasts.

This was one of the symptoms of the hard drive dying in my 1st 360 box along with recordings disappearing and logging out of Netflix etc.
