TV 360 Upgrade
Hi. I've just upgraded to TV 360. It seems to be working okay but there is now no light on the V6 (powered by Tivo) box. Have reset the box and light did work okay. Turned the box off, turned it back on again, no light. It is set to active mode. Has anybody else had this problem? Worked fine before upgrading!!!
Was it just a power off and on reset or a factory reset.
If you haven't tried a factory reset using the keep recordings option you could try that, if that doesn't work people in the past who have reported this problem it's either cured it self or cured when the box has had a software update, it might be the cured it self was an overnight update.
