TV 360 "Can't Find Hard Drive" "Error Code CS6002"

As per the title I have a TV 360 which comes up with the messages "Can't Find Hard Drive" "Error Code CS6002"

I have read some of the posts on here, done the "switch on and off" and tried the Factory reset and the problem is still there

I am not able to watch recordings, rewind or pause live TV

Please can a Forum Mod message me
