Subtitles. Why don't they work on fast forward on tivo360

I am hard of hearing so use subtitles.  Before updating to Tivo360 if I fast forward the subtitles would still be there - although sometimes difficult to follow because of the speed they changed. Wit...

    There are no subtitles when fast forwarding with 360, I assume it's possibly because the 360 Horizon software is based around cloud recording and it's only the UK that has a box with hard drive for local recording.

    I could of course be wrong, maybe someone from Virgin (or someone with links to Virgin) can give the definitive answer.
