Red diagonal arrows and wifi symbols are red on my TV box.

This has now happened a couple of times recently. How do I fix this thanks.

    This happens when the box cannot connect to your WiFi network. You will either have to find a way of improving the WiFi signal, or connect direct via Ethernet.
