Hi, recently tried to upgrade to the Virgin 360 TV service. the current box that have is a V6. I’m now presented with the following error codes.
Account Information
You have recently had an issue on your account. If you are still experiencing reduced functionality, call us on UNKNOWN.
On Demand is temporarily unavailable.(V210)
Please try again in a few minutes.
Service Activation Required
Go to virginmedia.com/tvcode and enter your service number
(XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) to activate this UNKNOWN. The UNKNOWN will not work without an active service
Before the upgrade the box would often fail recording’s
Is there a straight forward fix without the need for a technician visit.
I’ve tried the following holding minus and power and plus and power during reboot and this has not worked.
