Yep we are having the same on most channels can here sound but picture is a collidescope of colour,pixalated and some can;t even sign in to check tv status ,hubby is not happy

Have you tried 150 from VM phone ? I did and wish I didn’t - you can’t talk to anyone now. They send you a text link to their website where all your tech problems will be sorted… ha ha ha ha ha ha … the comedy is fabulous..

Totally agree. I phoned 150 and gave up in the end. Endless automated chat and get nowhere. Awful!

Hi,
if you change to a different channel, then go to your planner and select the channel the match is on (501 or 502, or 532 in UHD). Choose to watch from start and then fast forward until you get the switch to live TV message. I did it, and the picture is perfect.
