Pixelating channels

Dec 2025- South Manchester area.

 For several weeks some channels on the  300 range have had full screen pixcelation.  it occurs occasionally on 604.

The cable from the old NTL box  through my garden ,has been dug up twice and replaced. Various engineers have visted and checked the inside connections, and the the outside, and this item is on the 'job' list of the higher echelon of engineers at Virgin . 

Is there any hope of repair /replace and renstatement of these channels any time soon ?
