Out Of Sync

I was having a lot of problems with sound dropouts and lip sync I use a Sonos Beam for sound and I read a article on this on the internet and someone suggested to get a CEC Adapter to stop the issues so I invested in one at £10.99 from amazon and now it has cured the problems I was even working  on the follow content on the audio settings and the Cec adapter plugged into the TV and then the HD cable from the Virgin 360 box plugged into the adapter the only problem it takes a moment to connect to the TV I hope this helps.
