My 360 box light is orange and stuck on the welcome screen. I’ve followed all the steps to try & fix it. After holding power & - buttons down the screen went black & an icon appeared with an arrow pointing down. I assumed it was doing an update but it’s now back to static orange light & welcome screen.
I’m guessing the box has died? Is there a way to report it here without having to phone?

Check all the VM cabling is snug and tight.
Follow the instructions from the online help page which may mean you avoid having to phone in.
