Hi, anybody know while watching on demand that sometimes they just stop & go to the TV guide & that also sometimes if you have a programme paused that when you un pause it reverts to live TV. Have checked service status which shows 2 faults, not as above. Thnx..

I see from your previous post's you have a main box and a mini box, do both boxes have problems or is it just one.
The streaming problem might be caused by a loss of your internet connection, how is the affected box connected to your hub ethernet cable or wi-fi, if it's wi-fi is it possible to try using a ethernet cable if it already using a ethernet cable do you have another one you could swap it with.
Is it any on-demand service in particular or is random.
Hi, it's the main box which is ethernet, all cabled. Have not noticed on mini box. Noticed reverting back to tv guide if you pause on demand & if pausing live tv when you restart it starts back at live tv , not paused point.
If it's not pausing live TV then that sounds like a hard drive problem, is the box still recording OK. Check to see how full the hard drive is, if it's near 100% try deleting something you don't need any more.
Only noticed this on main box, mini box is upstairs.
