Now Rock / Clubland / Challenge

I've been having picture problems with these channels that I've noticed over the past couple of weeks. Picture and sound randomly freeze and / or stutter. Sometimes making the channels unwatchable at times.

I've did all the rebooting and troubleshooting stuff but not any better. A friend who also has V360 is experiencing the same problems. I'm in DD4.

    Have you checked for faults in your area, you can login to your My Virgin Media and check your service status. or phone 0800 5610061 for a more localised check.

    These channels work for me. Do you have a problem with any other channels?

      There may well be others however these are the ones that I've been having the problems with.
