Nothing happens when upgrading to 360

Received new handsets and instructions  to upgrade my 2 boxes a week ago.

Followed instructions  but nothing happened.  Can turn TV on and  off and change channels with new remotes but  that's all.

It says that if you don't  upgrade within 5 days they do it for you. Just another myth! Have given up and gone back to using old remotes, have got fed up of waiting time with it all! Life's  too short!

    Think yourself lucky, it's a downgrade from V6 to 360. 

  • If the update hasn't appeared on the Home page or in the Apps and games on your V6 then it sounds like the "update" might not have gone through correctly, I believe it's supposed to be sent a day after you receive your remote's but I think I read that might be extended by a couple of days.

    Gives you longer to watch any recordings and make a note of your series link's.

    You can either give Virgin another call or wait for one of the forum team to respond which might be 2 to 3 days.
