  • 2 questions,. 

    Firstly, is Sky Sports + red button function down? I keep getting a error message.

    Second question, is the Sky Sports + channel broadcast is SD? Because the picture quality is shocking this evening. 

  • I tried to use Sky sports + this evening and now get an error code DUG1 only ten minutes before not a problem...TYPICAL VIRGIN MEDIA AND SKY overpriced unreliable rubbish. One day my MONTHLY PAYMENT might suffer a TECHNICAL ERROR.  

  • I have TV 360 but cannot see how to access the other streams

      Hi mikefox 

      To access the additional streams press the red button in the bottom left hand corner on your 360 remote (not the Record button) on any Sky Sports channel (except Sky Sports News, Sky Sports Mix, or Sky Sports Racing).

    I Googled this error and seem to have same issue as everyone else here. 

    @virgin Do we get discount for non availablity of service?

    Status page doesn't even work by the way

        Brighton v Liverpool should just be available on channel 508 without the need to use the red button.

      There was an official repsonse from Sky on their Community Forums, post 611 <here>  

      Also according to the Daily Mirror <here>
