- robinson9899Tuning inI tried to use Sky sports + this evening and now get an error code DUG1 only ten minutes before not a problem...TYPICAL VIRGIN MEDIA AND SKY overpriced unreliable rubbish. One day my MONTHLY PAYMENT might suffer a TECHNICAL ERROR.

Bang goes the Brighton Liverpool game then - Brighton v Liverpool should just be available on channel 508 without the need to use the red button. 
 
 
- newapolloVery Insightful PersonThere are 31 pages on the Sky Community Forums withn the same error code created today /Technical-fault-on-sky-sports-code-DUG-1-id-3c736e-30th-October For what it's worth, I've manged to get the red button streams working on channel 508 (Sky Sports+) and am currently watching Man Utd v Leicester Also working on 533

I apologise sincerely for the problems you are experiencing. We are aware that this is a wide issue that most customers are impacted by. Rest assured we have the right teams working hard to resolve this as quickly as possible"
