The new 360 tv update says its easier to find what you want, but its not true. After fumbling about into every part I eventually found the documentaries and on the virgin go app I cannot find the sky documentaries anymore, all I can find is 'show all documentaries' in the movie tab and not a lot there, plus most of the ones I was planning to watch have vanished.
Anyone help on this please

Sorry to hear that navigating around the 360TV services is proving to be a tricky process.
It maty be worth referring to our online literature to help you navigate around your 360TV box.
Failing that, we do also have our voice command service on the remote control, which will allow you to find a specific programme you're looking for on your subscription.
