New 360 box apps not working

New 360 box. Each time I go to itv x I have to sign in again  ,Netflix and Disney and prime not working,first day all worked great 2 days later I am ready to throw this in the bin totally unreliable .cannot wait till march ,cancel and go to sky it is terrible

  • Feel your pain, so frustrating, complain and ask for compensation! I pay almost £114 for this pleasure

      Now just watched gogglebox from Friday and halfway through warning come up cannot watch rest of it didn’t record right,,

      well done virgin new box you sent is rubbish

        Well 6 days now and nothing from virgin,I have to wait till Tuesday for my 5 working days are up to spend another hours on the phone again ,it’s ridiculous 

  • Hi, had exactly the issue last week, had two technical engineers on Tuesday, replaced the Box with second hand one, not greatly impressed, worked for one day, then no free apps, another call out Friday, hub 3 replaced fir 5,, did see some flashing light on tivo box for a little while, was thinking here we go, but two days in it's still working 🤞🤞then all the arse ache of new passwords for everything 🤕🤕

  • Now itv x needs to sign in every time,,it is pathetic,why dose it not save info.
