Netflix & Disney

I’ve had Virgin installed with Netflix and Disney included in the package I haven’t received any activation emails the engineer said I should have this by now and yes I have checked my junk folder. Been on hold with Virgin for what feels like 3 days. Anyone help with this thanks

    Sorry to hear you've not yet received your activation emails for Netflix. I would recommend double-checking that these services are included in your subscription - to do this, please go to your My Virgin Media account. It should say Netflix and Disney+ on there if they are included within your package.

      It’s in the order email I received when joining currently waiting a call from the executive team as there seems to be some confusion not on my part. As I asked for Netflix and Disney my order email states Netflix and Disney and has big green ticks next to it now being disputed so I’ll wait for them to contact me. Thank you for responding
