Hi AnnCamilla
Double check that the TV360 box is plugged in and switched on at the mains socket. Have you tried a different mains socket?
Also make sure that the power switch on the back of the 360 box hasn't been turned off
If the box is definitely turned on then check that the correct HDMI source is being used on your TV. You should be able to cycle through the ports using your TV remote control.
You should also make sure that the HDMI hasn't worked loose in the 360 box or on your TV ports.
Have you tried a different HDMI cable. It would also be a good idea toi try a different HDMI port on the TV.
If you have any type of picture onscreen then are there any onscreen messages regarding the TV360? They generally take the format of CS9993 or CS1011 etc. If so try the online TV fault help pages https://www.virginmedia.com/help/check/tv-error-codes and follow the instructions to see if that resolves your problem.
You should also try new batteries in the 360 remote.
Have you used the /check-services/ function to check for problems in your area? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.
If nothing is showing you could also try the automated Service Status number 0800 561 0061. This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
