Movie Ratings

Recently upgraded from V6 to 360 and noticed there were no film ratings  (1-4 stars) when a film is on any channel, as there was with the V6 service. Have spoken to 2 personnel by phone but couldn't help and kept directing me to the customer information, tips, etc (including the "frequently asked questions") to see if there is some way of obtaining the ratings on the 360 service. Is there? 

Very frustrating that when you ask a relatively straightforward question, you get given lots of "boxes of information " but not the answer to the question asked, with no facility to ask a question by email,  etc. (Athat I  could find).

    TiVo has ratings but 360 doesn't.

     

    Use IMDb or similar for that type of info.

    TV360 is a totally different TV platform that is fundamentally not TiVo.

    You've picked up on one of the (many) differences.

    A you've found out the 360 is a downgrade of many functions. It's only purpose is to save VM some cash from Tivo licences.
