Mini box

We need a mini box as the upgrade from theTiVo box has affected our usual remote TV link. Can someone from VM kindly make contact?

    Can you provide some more details here..

    What makes you think that having a mini-box will solve whatever problem you have with your remote control? Are you using a V6 or a TV360? If you have a V6, there's no such thing as a mini-box - all boxes are fully-functional with a hard drive.

    It's only TV360 where you have one single hard-drive shared between all boxes - this is what makes mini-boxes, "mini".

    https://www.virginmedia.com/care/tv-fault/which-tv-box - V6 boxes run TiVo-software and have the TiVo-logo in the top-right corner of the menu, next to the video preview. TV360 boxes run Horizon software and don't.

  • The remote feed from our V6 box hasn’t been good since the V6 replaced the TiVo box. Now the connection drops off every few minutes. It seems that we need a Minibox to solve a problem caused by the upgrade. However, I cannot find any way to contact anyone at VM to help. Any idea how I can make contact? 

    I tried a PM with a VM agent but was told off by a boss for doing so! Certainly not a user-friendly approach.

    Any advice appreciated.
