Mini Box "Scheduling Recordings" not scheduling records...

Hi.

I have recently had a new 360 Box and all is fine with that now.

However, my mini box won't schedule recordings or delete recorded programmes.

I've ensure that the main box is on "Fast Start' and is on.

I've restored Factory Settings.

I've connected to the 2.4 Channel.

But none of these has worked...

Any ideas?

  • Can you set recordings using the TVGO app or does the same thing happen with the app. If you get the same problem with the app check the apps default recording box setting is set to the correct box.

      Yes, App and Main Box are both ok. Just the Mini Box has the error. It’s like it’s not synched up properly with the Main Box.

        To help you as much as possible, please look to set any new recordings from your main 360 box. You can continue to watch existing recordings on your 360 Mini box as normal.
