Mini box keeps buffering

I have upgraded to new 360 Box and now have mini box upstairs.

When trying to watch recordings on mini box they keep buffering. The box is connected by ethernet cable and signal is showing as good. The main box downstairs is set to active start. Rebooting the hub works sometimes for a short while. This is driving me nuts. I had this problem rarely when I still had the old tivo box, now it's nearly all the time. Wish I could have kept the old box.

The mini-box has no hard drive, it's wholly reliant on the master for all recordings. Thus both boxes need to have reliable box <---> hub connections.

You've mentioned that the upstairs (ex-TiVo now TV360-mini) is using Ethernet connection, how about the downstairs TV360-master?

        Hello ChelseaLady,

Thanks for your post and welcome back to our community.

Sorry to hear about the buffering on your 360 mini.

Would it be possible to try the mini connected over WIFI and let us know if that helps?
