Loud clicking sound

I've been using virgin for 3 weeks now and every time I turn my tv on there is a very loud clicking banging noise, it stops when I choose a channel and everything works fine, I've done all the usual checks but it's still there, do I need a new wifi box? This only started since I've been with virgin, tv makes no noise when unplugged from the equipment???

    Which Virgin box do you have is it a stream/flex box or one of the 360 boxes. Stream / Flex box is top picture, 360 main box and mini box are below that. So when the Virgin box isn't connected your TV doesn't make any unusual noises but is it OK when connected to any other equipment.
