Lost Recordings

Hi, I noticed yesterday morning that in my "Channel Guide" the station thumbnails were missing? When I googled to see what could have caused this, it advised "re booting" the system, which I did via the small button on the back of the hub and 360 box ! Eventually this rectified the problem, and the thumbnails have re appeared.  Unfortunately I've lost every single one of my recordings, of which there were a fair few. Again, "googling", it suggested the box could be on it's way out? I tried the pause and rewind test, and from what I can see they seem to be working properly! . . . any ideas?  I just don't want to go through all that procedure of spending a lot of time recording things, a lot of which I keep permanently, to re watch, only for me to lose them again. Thank you.

  • Hey Twangy77, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community we are sorry to hear about your recordings being removed.

If you have upgraded to an 360 Box this would remove the recordings  and we are unable to get them back sorry.

Hi. I've only ever been on the 360 box, since joining Virgin a few years back.
