Anybody had any issues with ITV2 and pixelisation over the last few days? Have checked other channels on the same mux and experienced no issues and no issues on any other channels.
Nothing showing on service status page and not had any issues with broadband. All levels within range and no reports of any errors.
I have an engineer visit in a couple of weeks, just don’t want to waste their time.
Providing you've rebooted your box once to rule out a software issue, then if you have a service fault, a tech visit will never be a waste of time IMO. Perhaps make a short recording of the picture breakup incase it's not evident "onsite" - I did the exact same for a recent signal issue.

Please can you confirm is the pixilation happening only once on the specific channel or happening all the time?

The issue only happens on ITV2, no other channels are affected. It happens a few times an hour but does not happen constantly.
I have rebooted the TV360 and receive no error messages.

Can you also check that the HDMI cable and the source cable in the back of the TV box and TV is secure and not bent or loose.
