Anytime I'm trying to watch sky showcase on demand, my screen keeps going black but the sound is still playing. I have no i issues watching live tv or any other programme. Does anyone have any reason why it might be doing this? I've changed hdmi and reset box and router still same issues. Thanks in advance

I know this may sound a cliché reply, but have you tried rebooting your TV box since these issues started? Do you have any issues with recordings from Sky Showcase?
