I wish to cancel order of 360 tv box

I have tried to contact Virgin Media by phone, by on-line chat, via WhatsApp and via text message.  I have had no luck whatsoever.  I am beginning to wonder if there are any human employees there at all!

After the advertising campaign to switch tv to Virgin TV 360 I clicked to switch. But after reading several reviews and looking into whether it is for me I have decided against it.  The contract for it (although it is free) starts tomorrow.  I am therefore letting you know in advance that I have changed my mind and no longer want this upgrade to 360.

If there  is a human being at Virgin please action this for me. Thanks

    AFAIK, this is a one way decision that can't be reversed once in the system.

      The contract doesn’t start while tomorrow.  I am entitled to cancel.

        If you clicked on the upgrade button, or answered an email about migration to V360, it is not a change of contract. These links do not renew your contract, they just change what equipment is linked to the account at your address. The only time there would be a contract change is if you took an additional service (Disney+ or Paramount+ apps) that are not available on other boxes.

  • The contract doesn’t start until tomorrow so I therefore think I can.

      You could try phoning and selecting the "leaving option" to see if that still works to speak to someone, you do also have a 14 day cooling off period, it could be 2 to 3 days before a forum team member answers.
