I wish to cancel order of 360 tv box
I have tried to contact Virgin Media by phone, by on-line chat, via WhatsApp and via text message. I have had no luck whatsoever. I am beginning to wonder if there are any human employees there at all!
After the advertising campaign to switch tv to Virgin TV 360 I clicked to switch. But after reading several reviews and looking into whether it is for me I have decided against it. The contract for it (although it is free) starts tomorrow. I am therefore letting you know in advance that I have changed my mind and no longer want this upgrade to 360.
If there is a human being at Virgin please action this for me. Thanks
