Hello all, yesterday (Friday) I upgraded my current package to include Sky Sports as an offer. So far, nothing has happened yet. Anyone know how long does it take for Virgin to implement the upgrade.
It's been a week now and still no joy. I wonder why I bothered in the first place.

When I changed package via the Virgin app, it took 48 hours to be applied.
If you did it online and nothing happens you used to be available to phone and select the leaving option and speak to a UK based person who would do it there straight away, not sure about the off shore call centre where anything can happen.
If you did it on-line or via the TV box it could be a week.
If by phone, it's usually before you hang up!
