How do I prevent adult channels being visible?
The adult channels are visible via the shared profile. How can I stop them being visible?

Hey arrgee1991 all adult channels are PIN protected so can't be viewed by anyone who doesnt know the PIN.

- Select Home
- Select Settings (the “gear” symbol)
- Select Parental Controls
- Select Lock Channels
- Enter PIN if required
- Follow the on-screen instructions to select channels you wish to lock or unlock
The channels are locked, however they are visible by going up from channel 101. I want to make them not visible in the same way I could with TiVo.
The profiles on the 360 are just like the favourites on the older tivo based boxes and give you a personal home screen..
There is nothing to prevent you from setting up to six profiles with the channels you want and then choosing one of those profiles to populate the box instead of the shared profile.
If you have more than one 360 box then you could set each box up with it's own set of up to six individual profiles and choose one of them to be used instead of the shared profile.
If you want to you can fine tune the profiles. You could set one to show only sports channels, another to only display documentary channels, or selected entertainment channels, or a mixture etc.
You click the profile button on the side of the 360 remote to switch between the various profiles.
