How do I get the 360 mini box?

Hello, my upgraded hub is now online and the existing TV box no longer works. I got a remote with the hub but no '360 Mini box'. Who should i call?  Are VM waiting to get my old hub back before sending me the 360 mini box?

    Some additional background may help. Can you expand on what equipment you had before the swap, and what equipment you're expecting?

    What was the reason for starting the swap of whatever kit you're changing?
