Hello ajo, I've often seen the banner saying 'quickplay not available for this' or similar- how are you able to use it? Am assuming you have V6 box. Thanks

As far as I know, Quickplay should work on all recordings, though obviously not when watching live TV or streaming, not sure about if you are watching buffered TV slightly behind live i.e. trying to catch up quickly.
Do you have any examples of specifically where it doesn't work?
I'm just not sure what it is! I don't have an issue with recordings as such but I thought maybe it's a feature I've overlooked.
