Error Code TS2/1/10-0-100045/302/400
Hi,
I’ve just come back from a few days away and the mini box has stopped working, with the error code TS2/1/10-0-100045/302/400
it says there is a technical glitch and to try again later. It’s been like this all day. Done all the usual unplugging, resetting internet etc but nothing is working. 360 box is working fine.
Any ideas? Move from Sky 3 weeks ago and after 4hrs already on phone for another issue, I really don’t want to have to call the Virgin team again! 😭😭😭
