Disney+ privacy policy

When I try to access Disney+ the first page shown is the privacy settings page rather than my avator. When I try to confirm the setting I get the "oops something went wrong. Try again later" page. Disney+ works fine on my tablet without the privacy page  being shown.

    Is this error code only on your TV and is it through the TV box itself?
