Disney plus app freezing

When I'm watching Disney plus it's flashing black or freezing or the screen goes blue. Only does it when watching Disney app .

      None of these things work because it's the app on the virgin box not through a Amazon stick .

        Do any other apps have issues?  Can you confirm if rebooting the equipment helps?
