Channel 5 and film 4 pixelation (unwatchable)

Hi,

As per title having issues with channel 5 and film 4 being pixilated and breaking up. Had a search around and seems it may he a bix or signal issue.

Anyone able to help from VM end to boost signal?

    VM cannot “boost” your signal remotely. The issue is likely to be a wiring fault or a bad connector in your property or at the street cabinet which will need a technician booking to investigate. Very rarely it is a box fault. Call centres go back online at 8am tomorrow. The forum staff also returns, but you may be waiting several days for a response due to the backlog from the holidays.

    "Boost signal", if that is the required fix here, is not something that can be done remotely, but is a "boots on the ground" job for a tech.

    Reboot your affected box if you haven't already done so, and if symptoms persist then yes - you almost certainly have a signal fault. Check for known area issues on the automated status line 0800 5610061 and if nothing's reported then you likely have a single user fault that you should report. Either by calling in or waiting on here for the staff team to pickup.
