Cannot Pause/Rewind any on On Demand services
HELP PLEASE! We upgraded to 360 a couple of months ago, and all has seemed well enough. But for the past few weeks we have been unable to pause/rewind/fast forward any On Demand/Catch Up services....

Does this only affect "in-house" VoD such as Channel 5 or Sky programmes?
Or are app-based services affected? ITV-X, C4, iPlayer etc?
