Cancelled Multiroom when do I get the box to return the decoder.
Hello
I cancelled down my 2nd virgin 360 decoder box as it was never used how long would it take the box to arrive so I can post it back?

It could be that cancelling your second box has changed your contract and any discount's you had, so you might pay more depending on which contract you had previously so best to check.
If you don't receive any return packaging check this link below, you need to cut and paste since the forum update.

You'll receive a pre-paid returns packaging within 10 days of the set-top box disconnecting. As you've disconnected a service, this may have a 30-day disconnection period. If so, it would be within days after this.
