Cancel subscription

Hello

My contract is due for renewal soon however I wish to cancel.  I do NOT wish to renew and have sourced another supplier.

I wish to give notice of my intent to cancel.

Can this be done on here ?

I will provide account details if this can be done.

    Hi Amanda,

    Unfortunately the forum staff don't have the facilities to cancel contracts.

    Cancellation methods are shown on the following page

    https://www.virginmedia.com/help/leaving

    You can cancel by phone, letter, or online chat (by clicking on the Live chat button on that page, however the chat button isn't always available)

    We're sorry to hear you're wanting to cancel your services. 

    This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

    I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊

      Just to clarify please can VM customers cancel via the VM forum team now? Thank you.

        Unfortunately you cannot cancel your contract via the Community Forum as Virgin Staff do not have access to customers accounts.

        If you wish to cancel your contract, you will need to phone Virgin Media and go down the "Thinking of Leaving" route. You can also cancel by writing to Virgin Media at their Sunderland address which can be found on their website.
