Cable tool
Is it possible to get hold of the small cable tool that the engineer uses to loosen and tighten the cable connections to the Virgin box and the TV/Broadband splitter?

Welcome back to the Community Forums.
We do not supply this tool; however, as the community has kindly advised, if you need to tighten your connections, a small-sized spanner or other similar tools should be just as good.

Just add to previous suggestions a small adjustable would be ok, are you limited to access to the connection.
An 11mm spanner should fit.
The VM plastic spanner is useful for doing up the connectors as it 'slips' when it is hand tight but it is no use at all for removing a connector that has been stuck in place for a while.
A spanner or a even pair of pliers works fine.
